SaltyKawaiiNeko: cloaks replace your ip in your /whois (or /who) output. Affiliated cloaks show what project you're with. Unaffiliated cloaks don't; they only are prettier to read than the IP (while the IP is still readily available to a channel operator, meaning anybody willing to register a channel.)
