lots of clients don't have it, so you might create an alias with the colon in the proper place. it also breaks clients and they don't see the kick message supplied as their client simply closes the tab straight away, so I recommend to not use it unless you really want to

manish: basically makes someone part a channel. Most clients just close the channel window and wont auto-rejoin if it is used.

a client isnt't forced to do that in the same syntax as you say '/mode KDDLB +g' and it's not forced to have an /accept command. it may or may not have it. and it may name it something else.
